Requirements
Pay: $58.00 - $90.00 per hour ***
Theracare has streamlined all business processes to decrease the amount of paperwork that burdens many therapy providers. Theracare has a proven business model that allows the company to build caseloads in days as opposed to weeks.
We have built an excellent reputation in the State evidenced by glowing reviews on sites such as Glassdoor and Google. We are a trusted partner with the division of developmental disabilities and an advocate for the DD population through AAPPD.

All bonuses are paid out contingent to minimum consistent caseload of 16 treatments per week during the initial sign on bonus, 5 years and 10 year anniversary and at least 1 year following the bonus pay out date.
Current per hour rate is a temporary rate increase from $53.00 per hour good until 12/31/2022.

Requirements
- Must be a licensed SLPA in the state of Arizona.
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- SLPA/L Rate: $58.00 base to $90.00.
- Production Bonus: 350.00.*
- $2000.00 Sign-On Bonus (paid out quarterly, once caseload met).
- $1000.00 Referral Bonuses.
- 5-year bonus: $2000.00.*
- 10-year bonus: $4000.00.*
- FREE CEU's offered on a quarterly basis.
- Team Huddles in different parts of the state.
