LHH has partnered with a global manufacturer located in North Gwinnett County to assist in their search for an Accounts Payable Lead! The ideal candidate will have 4 years of recent AP experience preferably in the manufacturing industry! Recent SAP experience is a HUGE plus!!! Hybrid work schedule with competitive salary and benefits!



Responsibilities




  • Support AP Manager to ensure proper coding and booking of overhead invoices, to include alignment with standard process to include routing and approval guidelines.

  • Support & monitor validation process regarding freight payables

  • Support & monitor error resolutions

  • Provide urgent payment and payment details for processing.

  • Reconciliation of vendor accounts.

  • Maintain vendor master list – to include bank account, address and other change requests related to vendors.

  • Assist in invoice processing as needed

  • Interact directly with operations, vendors, and other departments related to vendor inquiries.

  • Monitors invoice inflow and prepare trackers in order to identify significant spikes on accounts handled.

  • Actively participate in monthly meetings concerning accounts payable process

  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities.

  • Prepares 1099 forms for year end.

  • Performs other duties as requested

  • SAP proficiency and savvy Excel to include vlookup and pivot tables 


    • Requirements:


  • 4 years of recent, full cycle AP experience

  • Lead experience preferred

  • Bachelors Degree is preferred
