Director I, Product Analysis

The Specialty Product Team is seeking a Director I, Product Analysis to lead a team of high performing individuals responsible for the analytical work that supports our 12 lines of business across both Personal and Business Lines. The team has the overall goal of providing support to the Product Directors that manage the profitable growth of their respective line(s), in the development and execution of the strategies that leverage our expertise. This team works across Product and the GRM US organization to bring key insights to light that shape our future. The role will report directly to the Vice President of Specialty Lines.

In this role, you can expect to manage, develop, and coach a team of analysts responsible for:

• Contributing to the vision of their lines with insights from projects and research
• Being the subject matter expert for their lines and handling basic team processes
• Engaging cross-functional partners to create alignment and accomplish team goals

• Attracting, developing, and engaging GRM talent to drive Specialty Product priorities forward
• Building a high-performing team and culture
• Ensuring Line Directors receive expert analytical support in an accurate and timely manner
• Being a thought partner to the line of business teams and Specialty Product broadly
