will work remote to start but must live in the New York City area.

The Customer Service Associate must be a fast learner that is comfortable working in an ever changing environment and must have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills as they will be assisting subscribers via phone, email, and chat. As the Customer Service Associate, you must be able to think on your feet, offering great customer service. It is important that the ideal candidate is adaptable, highly motivated and can work well under pressure. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
- Provide support to customers via email, phone, and chat
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment ensuring positive interactions with customers
- Provide support to subscribers with product usage questions, billing and subscription inquires and troubleshooting
- Offer exceptional customer support, and respond to customers with urgency
- Work with different departments to provide feedback to improve customer experience
Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:
- Past experience in a Customer Support role is required
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to listen, identify problems, and find solution Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both oral and in writing
Education Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required
