ECS is seeking a Chief Technology Architect to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Chief Technology Architect will:
- Be responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Provide engineering and architecture long-term vision and guidance to technical teams across multiple technologies and services. The common link is providing teams with methodologies and approaches to technical implementations.
- Develop Technology Roadmaps, in coordination and cooperation with DOC stakeholders and the DOC CATTS Program Manager and other team leaders.
- Assemble and/or review project plans and teamwork assignments to ensure they are working towards the achievement of enterprise architecture goals.
- Direct and/or monitor work efforts, vetting and validating work meets policies, quality processes, security controls, etc.
- Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
- Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Assist the Program Manager in partnering with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
- Manage one or more cross functional projects of medium to high complexity.
- Demonstrate ability to provide high quality service delivery in an environment based on incentivized KPIs/performance standards.
- Top-Secret Clearance required.
- BS Degree.
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Experience in one of the following disciplines: Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Management/Business Management, or Computer Science.
- Possess Six Sigma Black Belt certified by a credible certification organization.
- PMP Certification
- Microsoft Certification such as MCP or equivalent
- Knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow.
