Remote Workday Analyst
Insight Global is looking for a Workday HCM Analyst to join one of our clients in Midlothian VA. This position will work with functional areas to improve ways of working in workday HCM and other HR systems providing both analytical, configuration, and troubleshooting support to functional departments. In addition, this role will support Human Resources data analytics and reporting. The incumbent will also serve as a source of analytical and technical guidance for other members of the team. Position will be on-site one day per week.
Duties:
- Responsible for partnering with functional areas on system for administration, configuration, and maintenance of Workday for the organization
- Serves as an administrator of HR systems and tools to identify best practices, assess functionality and system requirements, and recommend process improvements as applicable; ensures data integrity for all HR processes and programs
- Actively participate in Workday Releases and staying ahead of new features/functionality being introduced by Workday to ensure changes align with strategy
- Ensure continuous enhancement of user-experience while maintaining a positive user-experience for all employees and subject matter experts
- Lead Workday system enhancements and process recommendations to functional departments while leveraging the platform capabilities, offering options to meet emergent and ongoing business needs
- Drive knowledge sharing to ensure adoption of new functionality
- Writes, maintains and supports various reports and queries; develops new standard and ad-hoc reports for customer needs
- Analyze system data reports to identify trends, develop metrics, forecast related to human capital and best practices processes, perform data integrity audits, and support department data requirements, making recommendations on findings process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions.
- Ability to initiate and implement innovative process improvements, leading strategic projects and enhancements
- Respond to Human Resources Vendor Management requests
- Other duties may be required and assigned by the supervisor
- Comply with all published enterprise level policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Risk Management policies
- Complete all required, ongoing enterprise level training including, but not limited to BSA, OFAC, and Information Security
- Report all Risk Management Policy violations in accordance with policy
Minimum Requirements
1.) Experience with Workday modules such HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance Management, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Compensation and Learning.
2.) Previous data analytics and reporting experience required
3.) Must be able to pass a general credit screen
