The work you'll do
The Omnia Diagnostics team is looking for senior level analytics candidates to join the group. As an analytics senior, you will use a suite of analytics tools to develop and execute analytics and visualizations to deliver meaningful insights within audit engagement data (i.e., how engagements are executing an audit) to audit engagement teams, Audit Leadership and the Audit Monitoring group. Sample responsibilities may include:
Lead analytics and data visualization efforts using data mining and data visualization to support the monitoring of audit engagement data
Analyze large data sets to discover meaningful trends and relationships and potential outlier information within the data while utilizing technologies such as Power BI and Tableau
Leverage advanced technology and leading practices specific to audit analytics and data visualization to drive strategic benefits in the areas of audit quality and efficiency

QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Data Sciences or related field.
2+ years of relevant work experience
Must have strong analytic skills and experience
Must have experience using and developing analytics within Power BI and/or Tableau
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of audit preferred, but not required
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $58,100 to $130,000 .
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
