- Participate in Agile scrums with cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile sprints including planning, daily standups, backlog grooming sessions and reviews
- Analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, identify root cause and implement fixes
- Work with third party vendors to develop software and/or integrate their software into our products
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
- Familiarity building and consuming web services via SOAP and REST
- Java development experience
- Familiarity with common Java frameworks like Spring and Spring boot
- Familiarity with Jira and Bitbucket
- Familiarity with continuous integration environments
- Familiarity writing unit and integration tests
- Familiarity with JSON, REST and XML based web services
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical peers
- Strong cross-functional team player with the ability to work seamlessly across a matrix organization
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence clients, team members, management and external groups
- Strong attention to detail in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to analyze, use structured problem-solving and available tools to troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, action plans, impact and resolution options
- The salary range for this position is 65,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual
- Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.
- Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.
- Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months time in position before they can post.
- All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
