TTEC is seeking an Executive Director, IT serving as our IT Leader for the Engage Agility business. As the Agility IT Leader, the role will be responsible for establishing collaborative relationships with Agility Portfolio, Sales, and Delivery executives to drive overall IT initiatives needed to support the unit's activities. This technology leadership role will be responsible for collaborating with TTEC's Sales team to architect and implement technology solutions to support client programs. The role will serve as an executive IT business partner ensuring representation of the Agility business across all IT functions including Infrastructure, ITSM, Data and Analytics, Applications, Projects, Security, etc. The executive IT business partner role may support additional business units with similar responsibilities across each.

What you'll be doing

The Executive Director, IT is a leadership role that will understand overall IT needs of Agility, ensure awareness across IT teams, drive action, and provide executive reporting on key initiatives. The role leads a pod of technologists representing various IT disciplines to ensure the needs of Agility are being represented, evaluated, and pursued. Collaboration will be key, as the role is the key influencer for technology enablement of Agility's strategic and operational plans. The role will work directly with the SVP of Agility and other key appointed leaders.

The role will report into the CIO organization and have direct accountability for technology results of the Agility business. A positive attitude and a sense of ownership to take projects to completion is required.

You will be responsible for

  • Collaborate with Agility executive leaders and global IT leaders on key unit needs; leading executive level status and reviews on progress and initiatives.
  • Active member in Agility Portfolio leadership meetings providing insight on key initiatives from a technology perspective.
  • Driving Distinct Solutions targeted for the Agility business while leveraging Connected Solutions that serve the broader business
  • Creating and evolving a short and long term roadmap in alignment with Agility needs and overall IT direction.
  • Leading technical account managers to work with clients and account leaders on understanding their business, managing change, and driving forward
  • Extensive ability to champion technology solutions enabling the company to win business and deliver on client program requirements
  • Exceptional presentation skills of technology solutions and/or offerings to clients' C level personnel and technologists, both potential clients or business partners in sales forums
  • Drive collaboration with internal partners such as Solutions, Pricing, and Technology delivery to cost and defend technology solutions, supporting sales efforts while protecting the interest of TTEC's shareholders
  • Collaborate with Agility executive leaders and global IT leaders on key unit needs; leading executive level status and reviews on progress and initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 12 years IT Operations experience. Knowledge in contact center and or technology-driven customer experience solutions preferred. networking and project management preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, IS, IT, or equivalent technical training experience
  • Excellent communication oral and written presentation skills, including client-facing presentation experience
  • Depth of understanding of networks, applications, voice and data connectivity, assessment, and analysis
  • Excellent organization/prioritization skills to manage multiple, concurrent, complex, global engagements
  • Computer proficiency with above average skills in the MS Office Suite
  • Complete understanding of technology components that are utilized in contact centers including PBX/ACD, CTI, workforce management, quality monitoring, reporting, security, data analytics, CRM, etc

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $125,000 - $214,000 USD. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
