Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Online Notary Closer to work in the U.S.
SUMMARY:
This role will help to support the eClose Team. Our ideal candidate has an in-depth knowledge of closing documents and the closing process as well as excellent notary public skills. This role will report to the eClose Manager, working alongside them to help sustain quality closing processes.
JOB TYPE: Full-time; Monday-Friday
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Support and assist with accuracy in mortgage document completion, mortgage closing standards, and filing requirements.
Aid in the maintenance and preparation of training materials and workflows ensuring that they adhere to internal and external guidelines.
Keep abreast of all RON regulatory changes and shares understanding of RON closings.
Assist all team members by answering questions. Inform the manager of any missing items or problems relevant to closing
Return all calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely manner.
Perform all operational tasks and other duties as assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1 year of mortgage loan processing experience or escrow assistant is required. 1 year of escrow experience is required.
Commissioned Notary Public
High School diploma is preferred.
Strong knowledge of real estate documents, title insurance, and escrow functions.
SKILLS:
Strong level of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Team player, open minded, and easily adaptable to change.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
