Job Description

The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives, leveraging both internal and external resources to be responsible for the Brand and overall Marketing strategy. This includes identifying opportunities to grow the business in the legal and ancillary markets. The Marketing Manager will oversee branding, messaging, and positioning for the company.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

• Manage all copy and content. Optimize and create consistent messaging across the Website, Application, Print, Social Media, Emails, etc.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Lead content marketing, paid advertising, social media, email marketing and branding
• Assist sales in the development and implementation of growth strategies
• Manage digital and print graphics for internal and external marketing efforts
• Liaise with team to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency

Trade Shows, Webinars, and client events (in person and remote)

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience
• A strong understanding of the legal industry and previous experience marketing to Law Firms
• Prior experience creating content, managing websites, and social media
• Creative thinker with a keen understanding of current and emerging marketing trends
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability and desire to work in a self directed and independent entrepreneurial environment
