Job Description Summary
The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for supervising, evaluating, training, developing, and counseling case management staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Ensure contractual obligations are met by identifying, recommending, and/or developing quality improvement strategies through the evaluation of staff performance standards and project performance measures.- Identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates.- Develop work schedules and assign duties to subordinates to ensure efficiency.- Discuss job performance concerns with subordinates to identify causes and issues and work closely with the Human Resources department on resolving problems.- Participate in the work of subordinates to facilitate productivity or to overcome difficult aspects of work.- Evaluate subordinates' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel action.- Ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get the rest & meal breaks.- Comply with all company required policies, procedures and processes including but not limited to required training.- Evaluate systems and data to improve quality control and process improvements.- Conduct process improvement utilizing project reports.- Report issues, problems and concerns to management.- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.Minimum Requirements:- Ability to work with customers in a caring and respectful manner and with due understanding of and consideration for their unique circumstances.- Broad knowledge of human services programs.- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree.- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience.- Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience in case management; automated data systems; working with disadvantaged populations.

- Must reside in Arizona
- Knowledge of AZ JOBS Program preferred
