The Global SAP Process Coordinator for Regulatory is a member of the Global R&D/EHS/QM work stream within H.B. Fuller’s global SAP implementation project (Project One).  The role supports the transfer of Regulatory Data and Processes from the legacy systems to SAP along with training of the local and global Regulatory team on the use of SAP and the new processes to maintain it.  The culmination of each wave of the implementation is the Deployment of SAP, ensuring the smooth transition of the core SAP software and associated processes from the current systems. For the next 2 years the implementation will be focused on U.S. H.B. Fuller sites, and then move to determine how to incorporate S/4 Hana.

Location:  Virtual role based in the U.S., alternate location St. Paul, MN 

   

During SAP deployments the duties would include but not be limited to:

Gain an understanding of the current business processes, regulatory and technical data. Work with the relevant teams to construct/transfer the relevant data including formula, raw material and ingredient information from the legacy systems to SAP Work with the necessary teams to develop regional templates to generate SDS’s and labeling requirements based on this information Coordination of work from the regional regulatory team to complete the tasks necessary for go live (SDS generation, DG compliance, etc) test coordination and execution: training, integration, regression, and user acceptance cutover planning and execution Go Live and post Go Live support training document creation, review and updating cross-stream business process training Super User Network coordination.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Regulatory functions and procedures

  • Technical knowledge of SAP, in particular, end to end knowledge of Regulatory practices in SAP

  • Experienced with managing teams and leading projects preferred, with potential opportunity for a career path to stream leader

  • Familiarity in the way raw materials, ingredients and formulas are managed in one (or many) of the systems (SAP ONE, TKS/Prism, SAP (Forbo), SAP (Royal), Adage, Accpac)

  • Understanding of the handoffs between R&D, Quality, Regulatory and the manufacturing plants

  • Experience with delivering business process training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of the H.B. Fuller Regulatory requirements around the world

  • Familiarity with a variety of chemistries and raw materials used in the manufacturing of adhesives

  • Recognized, regionally, as a leader in Regulatory processes and data management
