Our Project Manager is responsible for the overall construction management on a project, leading the preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases. Our PM ensures that the budget, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction is being performed.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Oversee project schedule, contract reviews and payment requests
Conduct daily meetings with project team on project progress
Solicit subcontractors and vendors
Manage project budgets
Work with project management team to ensure efficient project closeout
Visit assigned job sites to check on project progress
Review construction documents
Manage schedules
Oversee junior project management staff
Meet with client owners and vendors
Strong technical and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, & Bluebeam
Qualifications/Skills:
Experience working in a project management capacity for a construction general contractor
5-7+ years of experience working for a construction general contractor
Experience overseeing K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, or local municipal projects a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Up to date on latest construction technologies
