Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth, you will help to create a culture of learning with direct accountability for highly data-driven end-to-end customer journeys, testable product-analytics insights and ongoing reporting for the digital application funnel. As an Adobe Analytics expert, you will create standardized tactical and strategic dashboards that guide the ongoing Product Management priorities and strategies of the Digital Growth Team. You will actively partner with additional matrixed teams including Marketing, Mar-Tech and Testing Teams in pursuit of highly relevant, cohesive and elegant experiences that drive measurable and monumental account growth in the digital channel.

Bringing a 10x growth mindset, you will leverage data as the Voice of the Customer, carefully defining analytics-audiences and partnering with Marketing teams to drastically expand the scale of targetable audiences and reach in order to substantially grow digital onboarding with urgency.

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location.
