About the role

We are hiring a Senior Manager of Product Analytics to lead a team of product analysts and deliver insights about how ShowingTime+ customers (agents and other professionals in the industry) apply the solutions we build to serve their clients.

The Senior Manager of Product Analytics will play a crucial role in measuring the current state of the business, implementing a shared analytics stack across different products within the ShowingTime+ product suite, extracting insights from customer usage, and using those insights to shape the direction of the business.

You Will Get To :

• Recruit and mentor a team of successful product analysts.


• Partner with engineering and product teams to help architect a leading B2B product analytics infrastructure.


• Leverage technical expertise and product understanding to create clarity and visibility about customer journeys, usage, and sentiment across the ShowingTime+ suite of products.


• Set strategic priorities for your team and develop an analytics roadmap; Successfully run an inbound queue of analytics requests from internal partners.


• Educate the organization around product analytics, protocols, and implementations. Enhance the team’s abilities to report on performance, focus on impact, and provide visibility about critical analytics workstreams.


• Develop and own relationships with your business partners, namely product, marketing, and business strategy.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company.

Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

00 - $253,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

• A creative and innovative problem solver and storyteller with data, comfortable with helping partners address difficult business challenges.

You are able to build the bridge between the requirements of the business and the needed insights and analytics to help the business reach their goals.

• A technical expert in the field of product analytics, comfortable utilizing and architecting modern tools, and excited to set the standard of existing systems and practices.


• Have consistently prioritized coaching and engaging members of your teams throughout your career.


• You should have experience in a business involving sophisticated user journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, economics, finance, statistics). Master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.


• 6-8 years validated experience in quantitative data analysis and complex problem solving within B2B SaaS and services businesses.


• 2 years of experience leading, mentoring and growing a team of data-minded individuals.


• Strong analytical skills (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel, R, other) and data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Looker).


• Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.


• Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL.


• A proven track record to think strategically and work independently to deliver plans that directly advise business decision-making.


• Ability to synthesize results from multiple sources to create a richer more complete perspective of the issue or opportunity, and related implications.


• You have strong oral and writing skills with the ability to find compelling ways to bring information to life.


• Excellent project management, organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple analytics requests against opposing (tight) timelines.


• You thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs.
