A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Remote HCB Operations Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Answering questions and resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from providers
Triaging resulting rework to appropriate staff
Documenting and tracking contacts with members, providers and plan sponsors
Required Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment
Demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
