Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

- This role will work close with the provider engagement and MRA teams to support provider groups in the Southeast region.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of CMS Stars program to include all categories
- Current compact state RN license
- Experience in a provider setting
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends in provider performance
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, articulate and professional in all interactions
- Self-starter, creative thinker
- Ability to work and develop strategies with minimal direction
- Travel expectation approximately 30-35% throughout the Southeast region (VA, NC, SC, GA) divided between same-day and overnight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, conceptual to execution
- Bachelor's degree
