About the role

Job Description

ShowingTime is seeking a Single Agent Account Executive to help us respond and sell to a growing market and increased demand for our products. In this role you will be responsible for presenting and closing on our Single Agent sales team.

You Will Get To:

* Field incoming leads, qualify, present and close sales of all of our showing solutions
* Self-manage and execute outbound call campaigns to targeted prospects
* Conduct on-line demo's and conversations regarding complex technology
* Demonstrate your skills interacting with our customers who are real estate agents, owners of real estate companies, office managers and admin staff
* Attend industry events, conduct customer visits, conduct seminars, trade shows, etc.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $22.35 - $35.65 Hourly. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.

Who you are

* Prior software sales experience with demonstrated success and positive references
* Comfortable prospecting by phone and managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce.com
* Enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a sense of humor
* An experienced Real Estate or technology sales or similar inside sales experience selling intangible products or services (1+ years)
* A professional presenter who articulates and engages via phone, webinar and in person
* Be extremely technology savvy with experience in Salesforce.com and SalesLoft or equivalent

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for variable incentives and/or equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
