Our fortune 500 client is looking for a Senor Infrastructure Developer for a direct perm opportunity located in Newark, NJ. Must be GC or US Citizen.Qualifications:
Would you like to use the latest cloud computing technologies? Do you have an interest in helping customers and developers ? Are you familiar with best practices for AWS Cloud Database Services? Do you have experience working on critical, complex systems that span multiple AWS services?
This opportunity will suit an AWS Database Engineer, who enjoys providing technical guidance and who can play a role in supporting and driving forward Database automation and Self-service capability.
We re looking for a candidate to join our Database team to be at the forefront of transformational technology, assisting our global business groups and developers that are taking advantage of a growing set of Database services and features to run mission-critical applications. We are seeking a skill Database Engineer who works quickly, is a self-starter and a team player to join our scrum team. The position offers opportunities to learn and work with AWS Cloud Database Services.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with AWS Database Cloud Services - RDS Aurora PostgreSQL, Redshift and DocumentDB - including installation, disaster recovery, performance tuning, monitoring & troubleshooting.
- Experience in automation and developing infrastructure as code using cloud formation templates..
- Experience supporting production environments.
- Experience in lambda, step functions and splunk is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
