Wheels Up is looking for a world-class Aircraft Scheduler to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings.


Starting Salary: $68,000


The Aircraft Scheduler is responsible for producing and maintaining an executable, efficient flight schedule in compliance with Safety, Federal Regulations, Company General Operations Manual and Customer requirements. The aircraft schedulers functions include but are not limited to the following:


Responsibilities



  • Develop, implement, and maintain daily schedules that will identify any changes that will enhance the efficiency of aircraft and crew utilization, as well as contingency plans

  • Maintain familiarization with crew duty and rest regulations

  • Provide efficient recovery options to passengers when aircraft have maintenance issues or weather delays

  • Coordinate maintenance schedules to enhance aircraft utilization and efficiency

  • Prepare and distribute reports to department managers analyzing flight activity, optimization, and efficiency.


Qualifications



  • Available to work a 10 hour rotating schedule, which will include holidays, weekends and early mornings or late nights

  • Ability to effectively think outside-the-box to promote solutions that increase efficiency and utility for a fleet of 90+ Aircraft

  • Ability to thrive in stressful situations

  • Ability to do math problems quickly and accurately

  • Must be a team player with flexibility to perform different roles and assist others when necessary

  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all internal and external correspondence

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Background in private aviation operations

  • Familiarization with airport codes and general geography


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $68,000.00 per year
