The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and closing phone and digital sales leads. The incumbent in this role nurtures productive relationships with senior citizens, brokers/agents, and strategic partners to enroll new patients in IntuneHealth. This individual conducts strategic outreach via email and telephone to potential patients, effectively communicates the IntuneHealth value proposition to leads and nurtures potential patients toward becoming patients.

IntuneHealth is for Medicare Advantage seniors seeking PCP-led, high-quality care when and where they need it. Grounded in ChenMed's proven care delivery model, IntuneHealth will revolutionize the way seniors experience healthcare by delivering digital-first, seamless care to seniors on their terms.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develops and manages leads through the IntuneHealth sales cycle.
* Converts inbound leads into sales or refers them to brokers/agents and field sales representatives, as appropriate.
* Builds relationships with potential patients through phone, web-based chat, and video contact, including virtual health center tours and information on offered services.
* Follows up with potential patients by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and add new patients.
* Meets or exceeds assigned metrics including, monthly sales quota and outbound and inbound call volumes.
* Prepares reports of business transactions, enters new patient data into computer database, overcomes technical and business objections of prospective patients, investigates, and resolves potential patients problems.
* Maintains accurate and timely records of all sales activities in designated customer relationship management (CRM) tool (i.e., Salesforce).
* Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.

* Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage programs preferred
* Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Fluent written and oral English knowledge; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

* BA/BS degree in Communications, Sales & Marketing or a closely related field required OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis
* A minimum of 3 years of related sales experience required
* Successful experience in a service industry is strongly preferred (preferably healthcare)
* Experience working with seniors or in HMO & PPO eligible individuals preferred
