We offer HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services for commercial and industrial projects. We take pride in implementing the latest technology in our work to ensure successful project management from conception to completion.
We are currently hiring in our Largo, FL Office.
This position is long-term and full-time, and requires the candidate to pass a drug test, undergo a background check, and have a clean and valid Florida Driver’s License/record.

Responsibilities:
- PC responsibilities to assist Operations/Project Management
- Set up, Organize & Maintain the construction project filing system
- Update project related paperwork throughout the project such as change orders & RFI’s
- Prepare, update & execute project contracts & subcontracts
- Work closely with Operations to prepare, update & execute project submittals
- Issue & distribute project purchase orders for major equipment
- Update, track & release job material as directed by Project Managers
- Coordinate & schedule project close out meetings; have all documents prepared
- Maintain & update project tracking logs
- PC responsibilities for Awarded Projects
- Work with estimating department & coordinate turnover process and documentation from Estimating to Operations
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with Hiring process, Onboarding & Training
- Other PC duties assigned by VP of Tampa
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC Construction related Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to take direction with minimal supervision
- Vista by Viewpoint experience a plus but not required
- Excellent multitasking & organizational skills
