Overview:


Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently looking for a Content Developer/Launch Coordinator assignment for 12 Months in Plano, TX (remote). The Content Developer/Launch Coordinator will work with the Digital Customer Experience team..



This position is a 12-months assignment, with potential to extend, with a pay range of $28-30/hour.


  • Toyota is looking for a motivated, organized individual who can work collaboratively to support both Dealer Training & Deployment efforts and the Digital Retailing platform/program by assisting the Dealer Technical Launch Team.

  • Training responsibilities include uplifting current documentation/media, creating release notes, and creating/delivering new training materials.

  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish language is a plus. The Digital Retailing responsibilities include maintaining and presenting the delivery checklist for technology deployments and backing up the current team’s onboarding tasks.

  • Additional responsibilities for both sides will include following up on requests and working with technology teams to identify and resolve launch issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Pre-Launch Configuration Sessions with Toyota/Lexus dealers to document their current tech ecosystem, describe go-live process/user account set-ups and explain basic program processes

  • Review and maintain program training materials and communications (written and multimedia) in both English and Spanish

  • Understand the Dealer Daily and SmartPath program goals and work with technology teams that support both programs

  • Assign access to users and systems from basic UI screens and provide activity tracking

  • Work with ticketing systems (ServiceNow and Jira) for technology launch set-up issues and provide reporting

  • Attend several regularly scheduled meetings with possibility of facilitating or note-taking.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

  • Training video creation mandatory, TechSmith Camtasia, Snag-It, Animoto, Power BI and web publication highly preferred

  • Proficiency in speaking and writing to deliver content to audiences

  • Fluent Spanish language skills to translate English materials preferred

  • Can consider candidates who are fresh graduates or interns, can be trained

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and mobile technology

  • Requires frequent interface with the user community

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause analysis

  • Exceptional customer service

  • Self-Starter able to follow defined corporate processes and policies

  • Strong team worker, with excellent organization and time management skills

  • Professional demeanor with excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Must possess a high level of quality and attention to detail.
