Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
OR
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and fourteen (14) years of experience in software industry
- Seven (7) years of experience in software development in a private, public, government or military environment
- Experience with Java or Microsoft stack of technologies
- Experience in C#, Angular JS and JavaScript
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Container/Docker experience
- NodeJs
- Unit test framework (Karma, Jasmine, Protractor, etc)
- BDD experience
- Experience with version control systems such Git and TFS
- Experience with cloud architectures and large-scale hosted applications
- Experience in cloud computing example Lambda, Kafka
- Experience with SQL-based databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
- Experience with web application security
- Experience with data warehousing and reporting
- Experience with test automation
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts and information on both user and technical level
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment including distributed teams
Work location:
