Technical Support Specialist

WOW are looking for an ambitious Technical Sales Specialist to join an Australian Residential and Commercial Heating company with a global presence and offices based in Irvine, California.

Exciting opportunity to join a company where their heaters are recognized all over the world for superior design and performance. You will become an integral part of the team to help expand their customer base, including luxury hotels and leading restaurants to distinguished outdoor kitchens and exquisite backyards. They do this through the Architectural and Design (A&D) community.

Salary: $65k - $70k

What you will do:

• Product troubleshooting level 1 tech support
• Scheduling service calls
• Technician management
• Manage queue of technical support inquiries (via calls/emails)
• Fault diagnostic and troubleshooting
• Installation support
• Warranty management & RMA s documentation and analysis
• Meet all internal and external customer requests in a timely manner
• Answer phones and deal with all customer inquiries with a customer service attitude and approach that provides a full-service response where possible

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Background in solving technical product issues in electrical, heating, HVAC etc
• Technical aptitude
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Organised and self-managed
• Strong service ethic / strength of character
• Curious / problem solver
