Solutions Engineer

URGENTLY HIRING: SOLUTIONS ENGINEER - Austin, TX

Jointly is looking for driven individuals who have high standards for themselves and love solving problems every single day. You will collaborate with users, engineers and designers to create high quality solutions that will make an immediate impact. This is not a role where one sits in a corner and completes small tasks; this is a role that requires your presence to be felt. You will be solving real problems, for real people, in real-time.

Responsibilities:

• Build real estate transaction experiences
• Implement licensed forms
• Roll out new markets
• Build market/client specific solutions
• Fix defective product behaviors
• Provide tier 2 production support
• Become a product expert
• Understand full suite of capabilities
• Control intended behavior in all corners of the platform
• Provide feedback and potential solutions for our internal tools

Qualifications (need some but not necessarily all):

• Detail oriented
• Hands-on experience with configuring or building SaaS products
• Demonstrated ability to solve nebulous problems with limited direction
• Strong understanding of functional and scripting coding languages such as:
• Javascript
• Python
• TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with relational databases
• Strong understanding of SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have a 4 year degree in engineering or business

Nice to have

• 1+ year(s) of experience in real estate or property management

Huge pluses:

• Real estate experience
• Software development experience
