Description
Works with hiring managers of all levels and understands their hiring needs.
Creates and executes strategic recruitment plans for a wide variety of positions from C-suite, Executive to individual contributors in every industry.
Sources passive candidates.
Interviews and screens active and passive candidates for skills, work history, salaryrequirements, and hiring manager/company culture fit.
Develops and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current andfuture client base.
Works closely with team members on best overall practices, problem solve quickly,streamlines processes.
Provides consistent and clear communication with internal team members
Manages client expectations with timely and accurate communication.
Provides real-time updates to the Practice Lead regarding the status of yourengagements.
Maintains client and employee confidentiality

Experience Required for Your Success
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
7+ years of work experience as a recruiter in one of the following areas: IT/Technology, Healthcare, Digital Media, Sales/Professional, or Generalist recruiting is required.
Hands-on experience and expertise with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, social media strategies, and job boards are required.
