Clinical Nurse Manager

The Clinical Nurse Manager role at Hebrew Home at Riverdale by RiverSpring Living, a world-renowned long-term care organization located in Riverdale - North Bronx, directs the day-to-day functions of the nursing unit activities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.

This Clinical Nurse Manager role offer's a sign-on bonus of $5,000.00 ($2,500 at end of 90 day Probation and $2,500 on (1) One year Anniversary, less applicable taxes). 

This position will manage and supervise staff and ensure staff competencies in the delivery of high quality care. Collaborates with the Administrative Nurse Managers, Resident Service Coordinators and other disciplines for all interdisciplinary activities.

Must possess a current NYS RN license and registration. Associate's Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a staff nurse and a minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long term care facility or other related medical facility required.  Strong clinical competencies, communications and writing skills and the ability to manage staff and resources is essential. Must have knowledge of federal and state regulations.  Bachelor's Degree or MSN from an accredited university preferred.

Day Shift:7am - 3pm

Compensation:$105,000 min. to $110,000 max.  Annually
