Remote Senior Customer Design and Technology Consultant

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Design and Technology Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Serving as the primary liaison between business and technical partners
Translating and documents designs into actionable business requirements
Designing workflows and operational processes while reducing costs, unnecessary work, and manual intervention

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
At least five to seven years of experience in the customer or operations technology field
Strong experience in designing and using technical products, using databases, customer relationship management data
Certifications in platforms such as Salesforce highly desired
Knowledge/Content management experience using and feature development of CRM applications
Certifications in business processes such as Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum, or Agile are a plus
