ERM is hiring a Remote Desktop Pre-Project Analyst Team Lead to join our Impact Assessment Environmental Clearance team. This desktop-based and fully remote position focuses on working closely in collaboration with a larger team of data management, planning and resource specialists to prepare pre-project data packages and clearances in support of environmental compliance for a utility sector client with various construction sites throughout Southern California. This is a full-time, fixed-term position with a duration of 1 year and the possibility of renewal.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize organizational, high detail, and process-driven critical thinking skills to work with independently and as lead a team to analyze and prepare pre-project data packages.


• Maintain compliance trackers and a variety of online data management systems to obtain the information needed to produce the appropriate pre-project packages.


• Ability to scrutinize and understand complex data while also seeing the larger goal at hand


• Ability to inspire, lead, train, and grow an existing team of analysts.


• Complete work assignments in accordance with ERM's management system, format and quality standards.


• Commitment to teamwork and ability to follow established processes and protocols while also confident with identifying process improvements to provide benefit to the client.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS or Master’s degree.


• Team management experience or demonstrated strong leadership skills


• Must be able to obtain clearance through client background check to access online system (upon employment).


• Strongly proficient in computer software including Excel, MS word, and online data management systems. Experience with utilizing SAP and Citrix systems is a plus.


• Excellent time management and follow-through skills.


• Strong commitment to safety, including following established Health & Safety protocols.


• High level written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills; experience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports.


• Ability to multi-task, maintains flexibility, and works independently with minimal supervision on projects with expedited deadlines and lead a team to meet the same deliverable expectations.


• Committed to getting the job done correctly and not becoming discouraged from finding a solution if client directives change frequently within the work day.


• Demonstrated attributes of a strong consultant – team player, eagerness to learn and grow, self-starter who takes initiative, versatile, and service-oriented mentality.
