We will provide training for unlicensed agents to get their insurance license so they can join one of the fasting growing industry's.

The Insurance Agent will be responsible for meeting with clients and explaining the features of their insurance. The ideal candidate will be able to develop long-lasting relationships with clients, focusing on client retention. Our agents will also be responsible for distributing company literature and fulfilling account responsibilities, so successful candidates will need a passion for sales as well as professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain current insurance policies.
• Make recommendations to clients.
• Design and implement strategies to meet clients' insurance needs.
• Sell insurance products and services to clients.
• Coordinate with other groups and individuals in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage finances for the company.

Pay: $56,257.00 - $61,459.00 per year
