Pumpkin is looking for an innovative and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to help us build a high-performance sales team and ensure overall customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll be integral in mentoring members of the sales team, utilizing your solution coaching skills. This is also an opportunity to create a culture that fosters accountability for stretch goals, provides open and regular feedback, and will consistently perform calibration exercises to ensure we’re always raising the bar.
This will be a hybrid position, with a requirement of 3-5 days a week in the Columbus, OH office.
