Corporate IT is actively searching for an Application Support Specialist, who will leverage their skills to manage infrastructure solutions within the healthcare industry. You will be a part of a team focused on quality technical solutions and contribute to managing the infrastructure for the applications in windows server and cloud based solutions. This role will challenge you with cutting-edge technologies for IaC (Infrastructure as code) solutions, Docker container, virtualized machines, and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).
You will enable our evolution and innovations of software development ensuring that we meet our internal and external clients' software needs today and tomorrow.

Responsibilities:
- Manage service tickets in a timely manner; identify, analyze and resolve technical issues related to workstations, servers, escalating issues to engineers as necessary.
- Provide operational support by monitoring the employee facing production systems (laboratory information management systems/web applications, instrument interfaces, network and file storage via Dynatrace, AWS Cloudwatch, OS tools and technologies as listed under requirements.
- Respond to on-call alerts
- Windows server setup, upgrades and monitoring
- Opportunity to expand into cloud based solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in information technology.
- Good knowledge of windows server technologies and monitoring tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, follow-through and problem solving skills, attention to detail.
- Passion for collaboration and working on agile teams
Desired Requirements
- Experience with infrastructure or DevOps tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, Docker, in managing Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines and UCD based CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Experience in working with monitoring tools like Dynatrace is a plus.
