Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Senior

On our team of experienced professionals, you’ll use cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms to support your clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. We’re looking for someone like you to help support civilians and veterans and change the face of healthcare.
You’ll help design and implement a secure, cloud-based infrastructure to support mission critical operations. You’ll work with your team to research the environment and recommend tools and capabilities. You’ll share expertise with your team through leadership and mentoring, as they help the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with our customers to ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration and application development processes. This is an opportunity to use the latest cloud technologies, as you look for ways to improve our customer’s environment using cloud capabilities. You’ll be able to sharpen your skills in DevSecOps and platform technologies such as Kubernetes while migrating critical systems to a secure cloud environment. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to build cloud-based solutions to help our customers meet their evolving needs. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with supporting the architecture and implementation of Cloud solutions at an enterprise level
5+ years of experience with commercial cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
Experience with containerization and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Crossplane
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Github Actions
Experience with Linux and Linux scripting
Experience with the use of version control systems for code management and artifact tracking, including Github or JIRA
Experience with programming languages, including Python, Java, or Go
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with leading and driving teams or solutions
Experience with system architecture or microservices architecture
Experience with API gateways
Experience with sBOM generation
Experience with Service Mesh
Experience with RESTful web services and related technology, including OpenAPI
Experience with business development such as proposal writing or technical challenges
Bachelor's degree

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
Colorado: $91,400 - $186,700 (annualized USD)
New York (including New York City): $96,000 - $220,600 (annualized USD)
