Cryptologic Solutions Engineer

Key Role:

Develops and implements security solutions in alignment with cryptologic security requirements and strategy. Maintains an awareness of market and technology trends to bring best of breed solutions to the client. Applies specific functional knowledge of RF communications equipment and other related technologies to provide solutions meeting security requirements. Leverages deep industry knowledge to provide expert analysis and suggest modern solutions. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems in support of unmanned autonomous systems equipment.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience implementing certified or approved cryptographic solutions or products for KG-250/250X, KG-255X, KG-175N TACLANE, or AIM I/II/III equipment.
  • Knowledge of protection profiles and product validation processes
  • Knowledge of FIPS 140-2 or FIPS 140-3
  • Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms
  • Knowledge of COMSEC product analysis and certification, Multi-Service SES collaboration and interoperability strategy, and Waveform Software analysis
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
  • Security+ CE or IAT Level II certification

Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with successfully taking a product through validation processes
  • Experience with unmanned and autonomous systems
  • Experience with software development utilizing Java, Python, C/C++, C#, Visual Basic, Go or Rust
  • Knowledge of Software Development Processes
  • Knowledge of quantum-resistant cryptographic algorithms, including Crystals-Kyber, Crystals-Dilithium, Falcon, or Sphincs+
  • Knowledge of cryptographic key management best practices under NIST SP 800-57
  • Knowledge of reverse engineering best practices and processes
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master s degree in Engineering
