What You'll Do



As a member of the WLAN system team, the candidate will contribute the design with architecture, PHY and digital RF, and optimize the WLAN products. It is required to have strong background on implementation of PHY algorithm. The candidate should exhibit strong technical leadership and collaboration with other team members across worldwide location, and great communication skills in spoken and written language. It is preferred to adjust the conference time due to different time zone with other team members.



Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

  • PHY design and development from the concept to production; requires extensive characterization on structure of PHY

  • Good understanding on Wi-Fi system at top level and its application and features


What You Bring



  • C/C++ and Matlab coding

  • Knowledge on PHY algorithms, and interface with RF

  • Fluent communication

  • Co-work with worldwide members and leadership

  • B.S. and M.S. degree of Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is required.

  • Ph.D. degree of Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is preferred.

  • Good understanding on WLAN standards

  • Network simulator, such as ns2, ns3 or Opnet

  • BS + 5 years of exp/MS + 3 years of exp/PhD + 0 year of exp
