System ownership of one or more physical security systems to include solution identification, solution hardware and software design, global standards definition and publication, global deployment, system maintenance and operations, documentation management, client training, communications and strategic roadmap management and execution.Provide administration, technical support and client consultation services for all global physical security technology solutions including facility access control, security video (CCTV), visitor management, communication systems, and electronic key management.Assist in the definition, implementation and enforcement of global physical security technology standards and standard operating procedures.Other responsibilities as requiredYour Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionFive (5) years of IT experience in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with physical security technologies and solutionsProven enterprise system leadership experienceExperience with system design and data integrationProven project management skillsProven ability to influence others and work effectively in a team environmentStrong communication skills (oral, written and presentationExperience working in a large, multi-national corporation
