We are looking for 2-3 highly motivated Account Executives to help spur our market growth and contribute to our long-term strategic plans. Everything starts with the customer. We recognize and value the contribution of our Sales and Marketing Teams, so we are searching for some talented rock stars to grow with us.

This is a remote role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly driven and motivated. We are looking for individuals, who are competitive and hungry
  • Professional and ethical in every engagement
  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably in technology and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
  • Demonstrated ability to close $1-$2 million in sales annually
  • Demonstrated ability to develop qualified sales leads, convert, and close sales
  • Superior presentation skills and experience presenting at executive levels with the ability to articulate ROI
  • Ability to build close partnerships with customers
  • Willingness to travel to events and customer meetings
  • Enthusiastically represent the company at conferences, exhibitions and trade shows
  • Ability to use multiple approaches in lead generation including cold calling, lead follow-up, social media, etc.
  • Background in technology or tech sales is preferred
  • Background or knowledge of accounting processes is a plus
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The successful Account Executive will be responsible for $1 million in contract business per year. The highly successful account executive will close $2 million in sales per year
  • Develop sales leads, convert leads to meetings, convert meetings to contracts
  • Upsell existing customers and negotiate contract renewals
  • Develop a strong product knowledge quickly to align prospective customers with appropriate solutions
  • Create the value proposition with a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges, while building close partnerships
  • Represent Symbeo and company products at events and trade shows, in order to maximize lead generation
  • COMPENSATION:

  • Base plus commission. Base will depend on experience and demonstrated results
  • Successful candidates will earn in excess of $100,000+ per year. Highly successful candidates will earn in excess of $160,000+ per year
