Enjoy the flexibility of working part-time/remote by supporting Central Support with the sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to ensure care professionals are hired in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with Company and State/Federal regulations.
Essential Functions:
Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
Power boost sourcing and recruitment initiatives to staff open positions, including posting job ads and managing job boards, communication with hiring managers, phone screens, initial interviews, acute evaluation of applicants, forging opinions and keeping a pulse on proactive sourcing
Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, and targeted community outreach
Set up onboarding of care professionals and help monitor 30-60-90 day engagement
Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing skills
Phone, Zoom, and online recruiting platform skills
Supports workplace diversity
Familiarity with relevant employment law
Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
Positive attitude with team-player mindset
Detailed orientated, organized, quick worker, multi-tasker, accountable in an autonomous environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PC literacy
Education, Experience, and Location
2-4 years recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
Industry Experience: Health Care or related preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Remote but a preference to be close to one of these Arosa offices: Houston, Orlando, Jacksonville, Nashville, Raleigh Durham, Greensboro, Emerald Isle.
