Role Purpose


The Conferences Product team at Gartner provides strategic direction regarding the development, enhancement, and launch of new products within the Conferences business. The team provides analytics, designs products and their associated programs, and builds communications to drive successful execution and delivery of the Gartner Conferences product portfolio.


As part of this team, you ll design and execute programs in collaboration with key business stakeholders and will interact with senior levels within the organization in a fast paced, dynamic setting. Your primary focus will be to own and run a portfolio of exhibitor products.


This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the design and execution of Gartner s industry-leading global conferences business. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex business problems and working toward a common goal in a collaborative setting.


Primary Responsibilities


You will work cross functionally, coordinating workload and managing deadlines, to run specific exhibitor products within Gartner Conferences.


Responsibilities


Responsibilities span delivering results and analytics, product design and development, as well as leading key elements of strategic projects to enhance product features


  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Targeted Engagement products that serve Exhibitors at Gartner Conferences
  • Ensure all aspects of product delivery are performing effectively including scoring model and data input, invitation management, and onsite experience
  • Design efficient business processes that support the delivery of exhibitor products
  • Track success metrics across functions and adjust strategy based on learnings
  • Analyze data to evaluate, define, and modify thresholds and success metrics
  • Manage, and help build, the team that runs all Targeted Engagement products for in-person Conferences
  • Lead aspects of product testing and evaluation initiatives regarding Targeted Engagement products
  • Participate in pricing projects within Conferences products including benchmarking and baselining exercises to ensure competitive positioning of Targeted Engagement products
  • Prioritize product enhancement projects and features based on impact and alignment with the business s long-term goals and strategy
  • Travel to onsite Conferences as the Targeted Engagement lead as needed


Experience & Qualifications


  • Bachelor s Degree preferred
  • Able to work effectively in a global, cross functional team environment to run key process stages that deliver successful outcomes
  • Strong communication skills to keep all stakeholders aware of the product delivery status
  • Comfortable working in event management technology platforms
  • Fast learner, able to deliver valuable results in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and proficient in establishing learning and performance metrics
  • Capacity for building and maintaining relationships
  • Capacity to work with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
  • Organizational skills with the dexterity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
