Job Summary - Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst is responsible for detailed reporting and creative analytics. This function performs calculations, compiles data and provides information.

Duties :

• Prepare Inventory Reports on a daily basis.


• Prepare Buyers Reports on a weekly basis.


• Support the Purchasing and Sales Department on reporting requests.


• Analyze transactions, trends, costs, financial commitments, and obligations, to resolve data problems.


• Provide recommendations on efficiency of future transactions, based on assessment of how problems associated with transactions are resolved.


• Prioritize reporting requirements.


• Ad-Hoc analysis, modeling and project management as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

• Listen carefully to what other people are saying, taking time to document and understand the information communicated, and asking questions as appropriate to resolve problems.


• Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate, orally and in writing, with co-workers, business partners and vendors to manage business.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

• Three (3) years job-related work experience in one or more accounting functional areas.


• Advanced skills with accounting software programs and Microsoft Office™ software.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills.


• Excellent organization skills prioritize work assignments and manage work time.

Preferred Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance


• Two (2) or more years experience in Finance and Accounting.
