Remote Vendor Management/Notary Recruiter

Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Vendor Management/Notary Recruiter to work in the U.S.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

OVERVIEW:

The Vendor Management Coordinator/Notary Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting new notaries to conduct closings and negotiate pricing with prospects.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Collect and audit notary credentials for validity.
Locate, qualify, negotiate rates, and recruit vendors in response to our client needs.
Identify and assist with the completion paperwork that is required by vendors.
Contact vendors to verify information and/or respond to inquiries, administer counsels for errors made during the closing process, obtain and maintain all compliance requirements.
Research invoices to ensure proper payment is made.
Attend meetings, as assigned, for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions.
Work closely with the Title, Closing, Scheduling and Recording teams to evaluate daily recruitment needs.
Cultivate strong culture of partnership and resolution with our vendor network.
Additional duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE:

Sales/financial services industry experience.
Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
Vendor management: 1 year (Preferred)

SKILLS:

Self-starter who is able to work well independently.
Able collaborate with the team to help reach company goals.
Strong communication skills and an attention to detail.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
